AN INTRODUCTION TO THE BASICS OF AYURVEDA & UNDERSTANDING YOUR YOGIC PERSONALITY
Here at1.SPACE we are constantly striving to help our students develop and learn more to help you enhance your own personal practice. To that end, we are excited to announce that Mumtaz will be delivering 4 seasonal workshops introducing to Ayurveda - something many affectionately refer to as the sister science of Yoga.
The aim of this workshop is to introduce the basics of Ayurveda to you and help you work towards better understanding your yogic personality - the thing that makes you truly unique. With this knowledge, you will be able to self-identify areas for improvement and enhancement from our own Yoga practice.
Mumtaz will be working with an Ayurveda massage therapist who works on helping you bring balance to your life’s by working with your particular yogic personality.
Mumtaz will also be focusing on breaking down certain postures for you to better understand your body type and where you should be focusing on better experience the pose.
