Charity event at1.SPACE this Saturday 2nd March with Sarah!
Sarah needs your help! In her effort to raise £2000 for The Royal British Legion and her space in the London Marathon, she is running a Pilates-athon on Saturday 2nd March. From 1530-1830 she will be running back to back 30 minute HIIT and 30 minute Pilates sessions. And you can drop in, without booking, at ANY TIME! And all she asks is that you contribute a donation of your choice. Fancy just the HIIT? Be sure to come at half past the hour. Fancy Pilates? These will run on the hour, every hour. Or join with no time limit and see how long you can last! And don’t forget to bring your friends and family too! All levels are welcome.
