It's been a while since myself and Mumtaz have been able to bring our combined perspective and love for the practice of yoga together in the form of a 3 hour intensive workshop. Think retreat - style yoga workshop with all the trimmings. Boost mood and maintain new year motivation.

121 sessions can be a really exciting challenge…there is a different intensity and energy to group sessions compared to private sessions. It offers an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of your needs. Understand the mechanics of the poses. Find more confidence ease with yourself and your body and your practice. We can tailor private yoga session to your needs. If you need greater hip flexibility, you can have an entire class just focusing on the hips. Or if you are super stressed out, you can work on your breathing for 20 minutes. More on how to book below:
