COVID-19 Adaptations/Updates and Guidelines
We are happy to hear the government’s announcement: along with other health and wellbeing organisations: We are able to reopen our beloved at1.SPACE from the 25th of July. There is significant work to do. We are reviewing the government guidance on the processes and procedures that need to be in place before we can re-open. We are diligently noting industry body recommendations to understand how the guidelines should be applied to our space so we can confidently welcome you back.
We care for you and understand your concerns about coming back to our physical space. We are all in this together so to compliment the above we will be asking you to take note of the following if you would like to visit our space.
Please note, for the time being to ensure the best possible care for our members, there will be a suspension of single class passes. More info about our return to studio intro offers and memberships coming soon!
These guidelines are subject to change and will be updated as and when we become better informed from the government and governing bodies.
Here is a quick overview of some essential precautions to be taken in order to keep ourselves and others safe.
Watch out for symptoms – please abstain from visiting our space if you display any of the following:
The main symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) as mentioned by NHS1 include:
A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
As per NHS most people with coronavirus has at least one of these symptoms. Treat your fever and fatigue with prescribed medicines at initial stage to halt the worsening of situation and weakness of immunity.
Observe Social Distancing
Maintain social distance of minimum 2 meters wherever possible, avoid crowded/congested places and wear masks and face covering if these places are unavoidable.
Always keep a sanitiser handy whenever leaving house and immediately change and wash clothes after returning home. Clean most contacted points frequently like doorknobs, handles, locks and keys.
Bring your own personalised yoga mats props and blankets
As much as we love to provide you all the support you need in terms of props and equipment, but we will urge you to bring them with you when coming back to physical space.
Personal hygiene is very important because it proves that a person takes responsibility of their actions towards themselves and those around them. We care about your wellbeing and would appreciate your efforts in maintaining good level of personal hygiene.

Improving the streamline of our online delivery
For those of you wishing to only attend online sessions and/ or a hybrid session (a combination schedule of physical and online sessions). We understand that online has become part of our lifestyle now and most likely in the future. To address this need we made sure to schedule and deliver online LIVE sessions of Yoga & wellbeing throughout lockdown to support your mental and physical health. We’re still working on this platform to further enhance your experience and to introduce a hybrid system allowing assess to high quality live and on demand yoga and wellbeing sessions with us.
Gaps between classes and smaller class sizes
The new schedule of sessions will be introduced soon. We will increasing intervals of breaks between classes. This will reduce footfall/overlap when people arrive/leave.
We will make sure to provide sanitisation facility on entrance, in washrooms, classes and any other touch points in the premises.
Cleanliness Cleanliness standards will be maintained effectively with daily cleaning each day and between each session. The new cleaning schedule will help to ensure that high levels of hygiene are maintained at all time.
Rethinking and redesigning the layout of our space
We have a huge 4500 square ft wellbeing complex throughout which we will creatively find ways to utilise for your yoga and wellbeing needs. Look out for our new, private 1-2-1 area and much more soon…
