Everything in the universe pulsates, from light to sound to human beings …enjoy a practice that is entire and whole. Expect a combination of asana, pranayama, mantra, mediation, balances, deep core strengthening, and relaxation. Our purpose built contemporary studio will be set at an easy 27 degrees. This temperature allows the practice of inversions and arm balances, which may not be comfortable to practice in a hot studio.

We take our inspiration here from the meaning of asana: which roughly translates as ‘posture held in stillness.’ Traditionally, the physical practice of yoga (asana) was intended as Meditation Prep.
As well as the above, expect a passive practice, involving variations of seated and supine poses. Typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine).

Expect a dynamic, active session with a powerful overtone. Heat generating, blood flowing, strength building, stamina and flexibility. Expect rhythm and repetition, similar to that of interval training with Vinyasa Flow – mediation - relaxation.
