Create energy and raise vibrations during this class. Everything in the universe pulsates, from light to sound to human beings …enjoy a practice that is entire and whole. Expect a combination of asana, pranayama, mantra, mediation, balances, deep core strengthening, and relaxation.
Still.SPACE.HEATED/NON-HEATED - all levels welcome We take our inspiration here from the meaning of asana: which roughly translates as ‘posture held in stillness.’ Traditionally, the physical practice of yoga (asana) was intended as Meditation Prep.
As well as the above, expect a practice involving variations of seated and supine poses and classical variations of postures. Typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine).
Expect deeper holds to help you explore your postures and to help you open up both mentally and physically.
Expect a fun loving strong physical practice, from beginner to intermediate to advanced postures ... BUT and here’s the real message .. whilst listening to your body: resting and modifying or opting out ...when you need to. The atmosphere is safe and free of judgement and criticism. connection the mind body and soul using the breath and the physical movements of the body. Release pent up negative energy trapped within the physical body and once that is realised you will start to benefit from the mental toxins realising too ... it’s all connected !!! So if you like to be challenged without feeling the pressure of keeping up with others ... this is a class you can benefit from.

Warm – meditation with minimal movement for modern people. Create space both physically and mentally to explore the moments between the breath and the heartbeat. Expand your mediation toolbox, feel relaxed yet focused … take this practice off your mat and into the world… Tune into the subtle energies of your being. Expect guided visualisation, mindfulness and mediation… explore grounding asana, Learn the fundamentals of pranayama, bhanda, Kumbacas, drishti (focus) and of course relaxation.
